Major bugs in the current Toolkit.
No major bugs are known to exist.
Minor bugs, unlikely to affect most users, are as follows.
TKFRAM bug: modifying a TK frame specification at run time may
not work; the new specification may not be read.
EK null value bug: on some Fortran platforms, using a null
value in a constraint will result in a run time error.
EK long scalar string bug: on some platforms, query
constraints that reference scalar string values longer
than 1024 characters will result in a run time error.
EK writer bug in Icy: Icy "fast load" routines may create entries
with invalid null attributes (but only if null values are enabled).
Time conversions involving UTC time tags prior to 1971 will have a small error.
The Lahey memory issue related to file opening/closing described in the N0061 section
of the "whats.new" document still persists in the N0063 version of the Toolkit.
The scratch EK file issue in Icy on PC/Windows described in the N0061 section
of the "whats.new" document still persists in the N0063 version of the Toolkit.
